How NationLine Logistics handles the information you provide when requesting transportation services.

Information you provide
Our quote form collects your name, company, contact details, pickup and delivery locations, shipment description, timing, and any service requirements you choose to share.
How we use it
We use this information to review your shipment, prepare a quote, respond to your inquiry, and discuss transportation arrangements. A submitted request does not confirm a booking.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are processed through Make and sent using our connected Google Workspace email account to quotes@nationlinelogistics.com. Submission information may be retained in email and in Make’s execution history, subject to the account settings for those services.
Keep sensitive information out of the form
Please do not include patient information, medical records, payment card details, passwords, or identity documents. For medical deliveries, provide only the shipment and handling details needed to discuss transportation.
